Everything people ask before ordering

Celebration cakes need 72 hours' notice, custom designs need one week, and wedding cakes should be booked eight to twelve weeks ahead. We keep a small number of ready-made cakes in the counter every day if you need something sooner.

We deliver within 25 km of the shop for a flat Rs. 2,500, free on orders over Rs. 25,000. Wedding cakes are always hand-delivered and set up on site by a member of our team at no extra charge. Pickup from the shop is free during opening hours.

Yes. We offer gluten-free, egg-free and fully vegan versions of most of our cakes with 5 days' notice. Our kitchen does handle wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy, so we cannot guarantee a trace-free environment, but severe allergies are prepped in a cleaned-down station with separate equipment. Tell us on the order and we will confirm exactly what we can do.

That is our favourite kind of order. Send a photo, a colour, a sketch on a napkin or just the mood you are after, and we will come back with a drawing and a quote within two working days. Custom work starts at Rs. 12,000.

Every wedding booking includes a tasting box of six flavours for two people. Tastings for other events can be bought for Rs. 4,500, which we credit back against any order over Rs. 18,000 placed within a month.

Keep buttercream cakes in a cool room, out of direct sun, in the box we give you — the fridge dries the crumb out. Anything with fresh cream or fruit filling should be refrigerated and eaten within 48 hours. Bring cakes back to room temperature for about an hour before serving; it makes an enormous difference.

Orders are confirmed by email and paid in the shop or by a secure payment link we send you. Wedding cakes take a 25% deposit at booking with the balance due two weeks before the date. We do not store card details.

Changes are no problem up to 72 hours before collection, and 14 days before for weddings. Cancellations inside those windows are refundable minus the cost of ingredients already bought and work already done.
